What I care about deeply is health and creativity and good energy to keep that in place.
It is very, very dangerous to care too much whether someone likes
your music (or you!). What happens is we end up pandering to ignorance and/or becoming a doormat for critics/gatekeepers who dont have your best interest at heart (to say the least), have no idea or dont care what you are trying to do or say, where you have come from, etc...
I will also be interviewing various artists regarding ways they stay inspired, healthy and happy.
In other words, we want to stay focused and centered on what we are doing.

I have learned this the hard way. You can't please everyone and you'll damage your spirit in trying.

Trying to convince someone whose main thrill in life
is saying no to you so that they can feel powerful and exclusive
is just asking for despair.
It's a waste of time and energy.
